This cmdlet a multi-tenant service access record.

Description

The multi-tenant access record is used to determine if a multi-tenant service is allowed access to certain FMA Trust APIs. Currently this is restricted to Bearer Token generation APIs.

Updates a multi-tenant service access record for the MyTestService allowing it access.
